MCQUEEN SWALLOW

INVITATION

This invitation is fictional made for the 'Swallow' collection of the Alexander McQueen fashion event. It involves deconstruction with a monochromatic theme that is fully extended in the invite. The selfmade typeface, made from black zippers, emphasizes the shapes, lines and composition of the dark images that have been built up by collage techniques. Zippers are used as a binding method to take the invitation out of its original form.
